Our next meeting of the Board of Trustees will be Tuesday, November 23, 2021, 7:30pm at the FHP Office. If you have an item to address, please email secretary@fhphoa.com.

Members are permitted to attend and observe any part of the meeting except for the Executive Session. Members cannot participate in the meeting.  However, if there are members in attendance, an Open Q&A session will be held.  Any deed holding member (or with a letter of permission from the deed holder) in good standing will have five (5) minutes to ask questions or bring an issue to the Board’s attention.

If you have a specific matter that requires more in-depth discussion or action by the Board, please use the contact form or call the Secretary at 973-846-4025 x500 to schedule a hearing and get on the agenda.  A hearing will be thirty (30) minutes maximum and cover one topic.  While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, please be aware that there may not be an opportunity to conduct a hearing at the next scheduled Board meeting.
