The monthly assessment for all Forest Hill Park members will be increasing to $110 per month effective January 2019.  Invoices sent in December 2018 will reflect this amount due January 1, 2019. 

After completing a preliminary 2019 budget, the Board of Trustees has determined that it is necessary to increase the monthly assessment from $100 to $110 starting in 2019.  The last increase was announced in November 2014.  By spreading increases out over time, the Board is looking to reduce the impact on the membership and avoid the need for special assessments.

As always, this decision was not made lightly.  The monthly assessment has not been increased in four (4) years and it was thirteen (13) years before that.  The need for lifeguards in accordance with the new New Jersey state bathing regulations played a large role in this increase.

The increase will be discussed at the Annual Meeting in February where we will also review the 2019 budget.
