Attached please find the agenda for the Board of Trustees meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. The meeting starts at 6:00pm and will be held at the FHP Office. This month’s meeting is abbreviated. The agenda is subject to change without notice.

Members are permitted to attend and observe any part of the meeting except for the Executive Session. Members cannot participate in the meeting and due to the abbreviated format this month, no Open Q&A session will be available.  Open Q&A will resume in January.  If you have a specific matter that requires more in-depth discussion or action by the Board, please use the contact form to schedule a hearing and get on the agenda.  A hearing will be thirty (30) minutes maximum and cover one topic.  While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, please be aware that there may not be an opportunity to conduct a hearing at the next scheduled Board meeting.
