The monthly assessment for all Forest Hill Park members will remain $100 per month for the 2018 fiscal year. A final budget for 2018 will be distributed at the next Annual Meeting to be scheduled in late February under separate notice.  Thereafter, it will be posted in the Member Section of the website as well.

After completing a preliminary 2018 budget, the Board of Trustees has decided to leave the monthly assessment for 2018 unchanged at $100.  Please keep in mind that the financial needs of the park will be reviewed again at the end of the year.   Maintaining the current assessment rate does not rule out a future increase to ensure funding for long-term maintenance and improvements. While the Board recognizes that additional funding is needed if improvements are to continue, it is working to spread increases out over time thus reducing the impact on the membership.

Financial policies for the coming year also remain unchanged.  Here are some key points as a reminder:

• Monthly Assessments are due on the 1st of each month.
• The grace period for payments is ten (10) days. All payments received after the 10th of the month are subject to late fees and finance charges.
• Forest Hill Park accepts electronic check and credit card payments. If you have provided an email address to allow for electronic delivery of your invoices, you can use a bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover to pay any outstanding amounts.  Your account is credited immediately upon completion of the transaction.
