Dear Neighbors,

As discussed at the Annual Meeting this past Sunday, we would like to form a few committees made up of Forest Hill Park members whose input can make our lake community the “Place to Be.”

Community Five Year Plan Committee:  Get involved, gather feedback, and help envision the park and community over the next five (5) years.  In addition to planning items that need to be done, create a prioritized wish list of ideas and projects that can improve the park and the community as a whole.  Ideas can be simple, small, medium or large and no ideas are bad ideas.  If you would like to be involved, please leave a comment on this post or contact Ed DeRobertis via email or by phone at 973-846-4025 x580.

Governance Review Committee:  Members will take a look at the associations governance documents including the Covenants and Restrictions, By-Laws and Architectural Control Guidelines (ACGs).  They will make recommendations for change to ensure these documents continue to meet the needs of the community.  If you would like to join, please leave a comment on this post or contact Paul TenHoeve via email or by phone at 973-846-4025 x570.
