About Forest Hill Park – Forest Hill Park

The Forest Hill Park community was created by the subdivision of lands formerly owned by FHP Management Corporation and the Trustees of the FHP Management Liquidating Trust. The common areas in the community, such as the lake, beach facilities and club house, are owned and managed by Forest Hill Park Homeowners Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation registered in the State of New Jersey

Monthly Dues $110

The monies collected by the Association are used to pay the expenses of operating, repairing, improving and maintaining the common areas and facilities available to each lot owner in the community
Capital Contribution $4,500

Payable whenever a lot is sold or changes ownership.
