The 2013 FHP Halloween Parade and Trunk or Treat will take place on Saturday, October 26th at 1:00pm with a rain date of the 27th at 1:00pm. Parade will start at the Forest Hill Drive cul-de-sac.  Cars should be parked in the lake parking area prior to 1:00pm.   Crafts, games and refreshments will be available at the picnic area.
