Report to the office at 9:00am to sign-in.  Lunch will be provided.  By-laws require one person over the age of sixteen (16) from each member household to participate.  Failure to participate or sign-out after the full day will result in a $200 assessment.  If you cannot attend a particular work weekend for some reason, please contact the Board secretary to make other arrangements.
