On December 18^th, 2014 the first monthly invoice for 2015 will be mailed.  As a reminder, please note that the following changes have been approved by the Board effective January 1, 2015:

• The monthly assessment for all Forest Hill Park members will be increased to $100 per month effective January, 2015 to meet increasing costs and ensure funding for improvements. The next invoice will reflect this amount due January 1, 2015.
• The grace period for payments will be decreased from fifteen (15) days to ten (10) days. All payments received after the 10^th of the month will be subject to late fees and finance charges.
• Forest Hill Park will accept credit card payments as of the next invoice. If you have provided an email address to allow for electronic delivery of your invoices, you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover to pay any outstanding amounts.  If you would like to start electronic invoice delivery, please complete the contact form on the web site.
• The Board of Trustees meeting is moving to the third Tuesday of every month. The first meeting for next year is scheduled on January 20, 2015 at 7:30pm in the office.  All members in good standing are welcome to attend and observe.  If you would like to address the Board on any matter, please contact the Secretary at 973-846-4025 x500 to be added to the agenda.
