Please join us for a detailed financial review of the Forest Hill Park Homeowners Association year-to-date financials on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 8:00pm.

At the recent budget review meeting, several members expressed interest in understanding the underlying expenses that make up each budget account.  In response, the Board has scheduled this meeting to walk through each budget category and review the detailed transactions that make up the year-to-date actual expenditures.  Additionally, we will examine how past spending and future plans influenced the 2015 budget.

We will also review some of the financial policies as they are outlined in the By-Laws and how they relate to the budget process, financial disclosure, record keeping and other topics.
