The Forest Hill Park Homeowners’ Association Board of Trustees hopes that all members are staying
safe and well. The past year has been challenging though we look forward to better days ahead.
As we prepare Forest Hill Park common grounds for the 2021 season, we would like to update you on
the following:

Common Property: Park, Beach & Lake

The common property continues to be available to all members in good standing. While
guests are allowed, please follow applicable guidelines issued by the state.
The clubhouse and restrooms are open. Please follow applicable guidelines issued by the state.
The Spring Work Weekend successfully took place on Saturday, May 22nd. Huge thanks to all
who participated that day or completed a project. Many hands make light work!
The lake will be open May 28 through September 19 with periodic life guard coverage.
Reservations for the clubhouse or picnic area will be accepted for review.
Please keep in mind that all the rules and covenants of the Association continue to be in
effect.

All public Board of Trustee meetings have resumed though meetings remain virtual until
further notice.
