Failure to abide by the following rules may result in loss of bathing permit, fines, and/or beach privileges.

• Social distancing measures must be followed:
• Residents not in the same household must be more than 6 feet apart
• 6 feet demarcation markers / cones will be available on the beach
• Members must bring and use their own beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Community beach chairs and/or other community beach equipment including but not limited to goggles, snorkels, fins, kick boards, pool noodles and toys will not permitted
• Diving boards and swim out dock are closed
• All picnic areas, including grills are closed
• The clubhouse is closed
• Boats, kayaks, canoes, etc. must be locked and are permitted for personal, same household use only. Community boats are not permitted
• Bathrooms will be open to residents only and disinfected daily. Bathroom use should be limited to a single household at a time whenever possible
• High touch areas will be disinfected daily
• Garbage is carry in / carry out
• Beach and lake are for residents only.  Guests are not permitted. 
• Community style beach games (corn-hole, bocce, Frisbee, etc.) are not permitted
