First and foremost, we hope that you and your family are doing well. This situation is unprecedented and as various governments and organizations struggle to deal with it, we are reviewing guidance from as many sources as possible. The Board of Trustees will continue to monitor the situation and keep you posted as more information is available, but the following represents what we know and how it will affect Forest Hill Park. Common Property: Park, Beach & Lake
Due to Governor Murphy’s restrictions including Executive Order 107, the following has been determined by the Board:
- The common property continues to be available to all members in good standing. Please follow appropriate social distancing guidelines.
- The Spring Work Weekend has been cancelled.
- Since the town is not issuing bathing permits the swimming area will be closed until further notice.
- Reservations for the clubhouse or picnic area will not be accepted at this time.
Please keep in mind that all the rules and covenants of the Association continue to be in effect.
Board Meetings
All public Board of Trustee meetings have been cancelled until further notice. The Board of Trustees will continue to meet in Emergency Sessions to conduct required park business. Agendas will focus on paying the bills, immediate and time sensitive issues and any concerns regarding operations and policies during the pandemic. Need Assistance
This is a difficult time for everyone, but some may be having considerably more difficulty than others. The Board of Trustees and the Social Committee are here to help. Please let us know through the responses below and at the top of the page if you are in need of assistance either financially or with basic necessities such as food shopping, chores, etc. All requests will be kept confidential and limited to only the people responding. If you find yourself in financial hardship and need relief from your dues or you are concerned about going to the store, pharmacy, etc., please contact us. We want to help.
