As you may have noticed, the septic system project is still in progress and has been delayed due to the very wet weather we have had over the last month.  Things are back on track and we expect that the system will be completed soon.

Along with the septic a new drainage system has been installed around the clubhouse.  The ground around the building is noticeably drier even with all the rain we have been having.

Picnic area landscaping will begin on June 2nd and continue through June 13th.  The picnic area will be closed during that time and likely through the end of June in order to allow the grass to grow back.  The beach will remain open throughout the entire project.  In the meantime, the picnic tables will be located on or around the fishing platform to the left as you go down the stairs.  The grills will not be available until the picnic area is reopened.  Please see the attached site map for a preview of the completed work:  Landscaping Project Site Map 2014
