Effective immediately a carry-in/carry-out policy is in effect for the beach and picnic areas.  Trash containers will no longer be available.  Please be sure to bring all trash and recyclables home to keep our park clean.

Trash down at the beach has become a significant problem.  Specifically, overloaded trash bins and garbage strewn about the property is not only unsightly, but has attracted several bear incursions at the lake area.  In alignment with other town lakes, the Board has elected to remove the trash bins and require that members take out everything that they bring in.  We appreciate your cooperation with this new policy.
